What you’ll do from day one
The Project Manager is accountable for leading cross-functional teams through the stage gate New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring key project metrics are met including but not limited to schedule, project cost, product cost, and product requirements. The Project Manager coordinates and aligns project resources, monitors and adjusts project budgets, tracks progress assigns responsibilities for task completion, and updates all stakeholders throughout the entire process.
The impact you’ll make
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Predict resources that are needed to reach objectives and align resources in an effective manner.
- Develop and manage project schedule and work plan.
- Track project performance and provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation. Including meeting notes, updates, reports, and other key deliverables
- Review project performance to identify areas of improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
- 2 years minimum in project management or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future needs for sponsorship
It’s a plus if you have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to foresee, evaluate, and solve problems ranging from simple to complex
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
- Demonstrated capability of leading and motivating cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
