WBC Leadership Conference: It Starts with YOU!

The Greater Kokomo Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Council is excited to announce the 2023 Annual Leadership Conference. This year’s theme is “It Starts With You” as a reminder that you can’t pour out of an empty cup. As leaders within our respective industries and organizations, effective leadership begins with taking care of yourself. This year’s leadership conference is geared to equip attendees with the tools, resources, and knowledge to put our own self-care at the top of our priority list in order to adequately care for others.


We are so excited to announce that we have solidified our Key Note Speaker for 2023- Caroline Dowd-Higgins! 
Caroline Dowd-Higgins  is passionate about unlocking the art-of-the-possible in her work with individuals and organizations as an executive coach, consultant, and speaker. She authored the book "This Is Not the Career I Ordered" and maintains the career reinvention blog of the same name. Her online video series about career & life empowerment is on YouTube.
