DEADLINES:
April 30, 2024: Registration Deadline
April 30, 2024: Payment must be received by this date if not paying online.
May 1, 2024: Committee will notify you by this date if you are not accepted.
VENDORS and FOOD TRUCKS
Food Trucks - The fee is 10% of event gross sales is due to Greater Kokomo Downtown Association at the close of the event. An $80.00 deposit is DUE at time of registration. Deposit will be subtracted from final gross sales amount collected at end of event. There will be no refunds.
Electricity - please bring 12 or 14 gauge extension cord (at checkout see pricing)
Water - please bring a 50-100' water hose (at checkout see pricing)
Indiana Homeland Security will inspect all Food Truck vendors at 9:00am on the day of the event. Please see food truck rules link to be prepared.
A HEALTH PERMIT will be required for the sale of all food. Vendors will adhere to all Health Department regulations. It is the responsibility of the vendor to contact the Howard County Health Department at 765-456-2405 regarding a temporary food permit and all applicable rules. Your booth or food truck will be inspected the day of the event. Health Certificate application can be downloaded here.

Booth Space and Requirements
Artists will be located on Main Street in downtown Kokomo. Artists must supply or rent a 10' x 10' tent WITH WEIGHTS to protect against strong winds. No concrete nails or stakes of any kind are permitted.
Artists must bring their own booth display equipment including table and chairs. All artwork must be contained within the artist’s booth. AWNINGS THAT EXTEND OUTSIDE OF THE BOOTH SPACE ARE NOT PERMITTED. Please take care in setting up a professional display.
Artists requesting a double booth should email requests to salexander@greaterkokomo.com.
Artists who request an electrical hook-up must supply their own extension cords, lighting, etc.
Jury Information:
All participants must make their own merchandise. Reproductions are permitted but no reselling of mass-produced items. Booths with artwork that is unique, representative of a broad range of media, and that demonstrates creativity and originality in concept, design, and execution will be selected.
