Lafayette Pain Care is excited to announce the addition of two new providers to their Kokomo office: Dr. Salman “Sal” Khan, MD and Wauntesha “Tesha” Hardy, AGPNCP-BC. Both are now accepting patients and bring valuable expertise to the practice.

They join Lafayette Pain Care’s outstanding team of providers—Matthew DeVries, MD; Laura Peacock, FNP-C; Nathan Wheeler, AGACNP-BC; and Owner/Founder Dr. Shazia Siddiqui, MD—all dedicated to helping patients manage acute and chronic pain with effective, personalized care.

With offices in Kokomo, Lafayette, Logansport, Winamac, Williamsport, Marion, and Rensselaer, Lafayette Pain Care is proud to serve communities across Indiana.
