The work of nonprofits touches every aspect of Kokomo and the surrounding area. Our community's nonprofits work with human services, education, arts, culture and community engagement, as well as mental health, religious resources and so much more. At the end of the day, nonprofits help real people with real needs in our community, and now they could use your help.
If you or your business has been looking for a meaningful way to give back, we would like to invite you to join us for our Annual Nonprofit fair. You will be able to walk from table to table to meet nonprofit representatives and discover ways you can get involved and give back. Would you like to join a committee? Be a mentor? Donate some time? Become a friend to a senior? Find out how to get involved in a way that fits your schedule at this year's nonprofit fair.
The doors will open to visit nonprofits at 11:00 a.m., with a buffet lunch following shortly. A program focusing on nonprofit needs will be from 11:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. with a wrap up of fun facts, resources, and links for you to find additional information.
The Greater Kokomo Chamber of Commerce Nonprofit fair is for Chamber members to attend and for the nonprofits who have registered to participate in the event. You may use tier tickets for this event if you are a partner member. Call the office to find out more information. Tickets to attend are $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers. Register now as space is limited. Also, be sure to check for updates, as all events are subject to change in the case of inclement weather or COVID/health concerns.
A list of participating nonprofits will be added soon. Check back for more information.
