With more than 20 years of experience in talent management and operations at Community Howard, Jennifer has previously held the positions of Regional Human Resources Director, Director of Operations, and Director of Organizational Development.   Jennifer has a passion for leadership development and enjoys mentoring, coaching, and encouraging others to fulfill their purpose and goals.
