Educate and Elevate sessions are provided free to Chamber members for professional development and enrichment purposes. Topics vary for each session and include subjects such as: marketing, SEO, customer service, leadership, human resources (HR), small business legal, social media, time management, local issues, security, and more. We encourage members bring their brown bag lunches or grab something to eat on their way in. 

About the speaker: Patty Pavey, Today’s The Day Coaching & Hypnosis
Patty Pavey is the owner of Today’s The Day Coaching & Hypnosis. She attended Purdue, Ball State, and IU Kokomo while she completed her bachelors and Master's degrees in education, engineering graphics, design and decorating. While owning 2 design businesses, she presented programs as a speaker, trainer, and designer while mentoring professionals across the country. She is currently coaching, training, developing programs, facilitating, speaking, writing, and providing hypnosis services. Patty is a past graduate of Leadership Kokomo, past chairperson of the Miami County Chamber of Commerce, and currently an active member of the Greater Kokomo Chamber of Commerce. With the GKCC, she is chair of the Education Committee of the Women's Business Council, speaker, and founder of the Business & Bagel networking program.
