About the speaker: Kalena James is the owner of LCR a business consultant, transformational leadership development coaching company, national motivational speaker, author, and business transition trainer who has a 15+ year track record of driving change, leading people from a management standpoint, who understands and cultivates human interaction and skills. As a training director, Kalena originated the development and implementation of the Change Management Readiness Assessment system for the state of Indiana. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation; ELI-MP, Organizational Leadership; and iPEC, Accredited Certified Business Coach.
