This session will focus on recently released global research on employee engagement and what workers most desire in their careers and work (Gallup, 2019). 

In addition there will be a dialogue on the five generations in today's workforce, characteristics, and what drive employee engagement. We will consider what is important to each of the generations in today's workplace.
