Educate and Elevate: Growing your Team to Lead
Speaker: Kalena James, LCR Coaching LLC
The world is changing rapidly and strong leaders are needed more than ever to guide through uncertainty. The changing world means that leaders need to stay agile. The secret to enduring success as a leader in today's changing world is the ability to be nimble and agile through 'leadershift', or the skill to make leadership changes that will boost not just personal growth, but that of the entire organization.
In this Educate and Elevate session, attendees will be taken through professional leadership strategies that help influence a team to make a positive impact on the entire organization.
In this session, you will learn:
- What is 'leadershift' and how can it be applied to my leadership style,
- What dancing the tango has to do with leadership,
- Why focusing on growth is more important than hitting your goals, and
- What is true influence as a leader.
