Session 2: Building a Strengths-Based Organization, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
This session will include a review of the three things engaged, productive teams have in common.  As you can imagine, awareness of individual strengths is one!

In addition, we will consider ways to establish a common vocabulary built on strengths, and the many research-based ROI's that come from building an organization based on what people do best.

Finally, what has Gallup learned is the single most-important factor in the success and health of your organization?  Their global research in hundreds of companies will provide the answers we will consider.
