Chuck is the former Executive Director for the Wellness Council of Indiana and Human Resources Director with responsibilities that included leading workforce productivity, recruiting and retention and benefits administration (that included wellness).  Chuck has also held positions in finance and operations and has owned and operated a consulting firm focused on engagement, leveraging HR metrics to drive efficiency and utilizing behavioral economics to build a strong culture.
