IMPORTANT DATES:
Application & Payment Due: April 15th, 2025
Jury Process: April 15-18, 2025
Vendor Approval Notification: April 21st, 2025
Festival Layout & Information Sent: May 15th, 2025
Food Vendors & Food Trucks Temporary Food permit proof due: May 15th, 2025
VENDORS and FOOD TRUCKS
Food Trucks - The fee is 10% of event gross sales. Payment of fee and a completed Gross Sales form is due to Greater Kokomo Downtown Association at the close of the event. Your vendor registration fee of $120 is due with your registration. Your vendor registration fee of will be subtracted from final gross sales amount collected at the end of the event. There will be no refunds.
Electricity - please bring 12 or 14 gauge extension cord (at checkout see pricing)
Water - please bring a 50-100' water hose (at checkout see pricing)
Indiana Homeland Security will inspect all Food Truck and food vendors at 9:00am on the day of the event. Please see “Temporary Food Event Checklist” link to be prepared.
A Temporary Food Permit will be required for the sale of all food. Vendors will adhere to all Health Department regulations. It is the responsibility of the vendor to contact the Howard County Health Department at 765-456-2405 regarding a temporary food permit application, payment of all fees and all applicable rules. Your booth or food truck will be inspected the day of the event. Temporary Food Permit application can be downloaded here.
