About Us

Our mission is to ensure that every young person in Howard County has the education, work ethic, and life skills needed to transition successfully into a self-reliant adult.

We do this through community work; group mentoring sessions called ''The Huddle,'' Makerspace, and individual mentoring.

We live by a creed: I am Respectful, I am responsible, I am Reliable, and I am Ready.
