Conveniently located off US-31, Kokomo’s newest all-suite hotel offers stylish, extended-stay accommodations inspired by amenities that focus on sustainability and community spaces for the savvy, sophisticated, and cost-conscious traveler and their pets.

Our 104 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites are designed with your comfort in mind. They feature separate living and bedroom spaces, a full kitchen, and flexible working and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for six, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Induction burner cooktops are available by request from the front desk at no additional charge, allowing you to create a home-cooked meal in your suite. Rooms also include a sofa sleeper, ergonomic desk chair, free Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee maker, a Smart TV, and a dryer.

Enjoy our integrated fitness area and laundry room, known as the Spin2Cycle, where you can do laundry while you work out. The Oasis is our expanded lobby, a multi-functional community space for social gatherings, as well as communal and individual work and meeting zones.
