About Us

As the non-profit counterpart to Guardian Angel Hospice, Guardian Angel Foundation serves thirty counties across North Central Indiana. Our mission is to educate and support individuals and families facing end-of-life issues, grief, and bereavement. These experiences touch every life—regardless of age, religion, gender, or social standing—and we are here to help all people in our communities prepare for and navigate the grief journey. When a loved one is facing a life-limiting illness, care and support become the family's biggest concern. Hospice is about comfort, which can take many forms - for some, it means the chance to do something "one more time", for others, it means the reassurance that their family will be okay. Guardian Angel Foundation offers comfort in practical and meaningful ways—whether by assisting with travel expenses so loved ones can be together, helping with a utility bill, or addressing other personal needs during difficult times, fostering hope and reassurance for families. Thanks to Memorial donations, community support, grants, and fundraisers, Guardian Angel Foundation can fill the gap when time is of the essence.
