Encompass Credit Union offers the people of Howard, Tipton, and Clinton Counties a full line of financial services and anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in any county is eligible to join. The Credit Union is ''Community Minded...Just like you'' and strives to support the local community and give back in every way it can by sponsoring sports teams, supporting local organizations, community groups, and school events.
