About Us

Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health Howard is the official certified Community Mental Health Center, charged with the mission of serving those with serious mental illness, substance use disorders and emotional/behavioral disturbance for Howard and Tipton Counties. We are accredited by the Joint Commission, the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addictions and the Indiana Hospital Association.
