Lisa started Brady Insurance Group on March 1, 2019, by herself with the help of her family in a small office. Celebrating nearly 6 years in business, Lisa is so proud to look back and see where the agency started and how much it has grown. Her favorite part of the job is seeing clients becoming friends and hearing their stories. She loves to hear about her clients, where they came from, and where they are today. Lisa’s daily responsibilities include taking care of her clients, researching and developing relationships with the top carriers, and developing a team that can teach and serve her clients. Lisa hopes to continue to develop professionally by enhancing her credentials with CIC and other certifications, and by adding team members to help broaden the agency’s expertise.

Kaitlyn joined the Brady Insurance Group team in February 2021. She was looking for a career change and started as a part time employee. Like most of our team, she had no prior insurance experience, but was eager to learn. She quickly moved into a full time position and is now the company’s customer service representative and claims expert. Kaitlyn greets customers with a smiling and friendly face every time, assists clients with questions and concerns about their billing, and handles any claims. Kaitlyn strives to be more involved in the community.

Kaitlyn is a kind, independent, and loyal person and is looking forward to meeting you next time you stop in our office!

Cheyenna has been part of the Brady Insurance Group since March 2020. She started as a customer service representative, then later moved into the role as a licensed insurance agent. She has grown a lot in the short 3 years with the agency and hopes to continue to grow by learning about commercial insurance products and becoming licensed in other states. Cheyenna takes pride in educating clients or prospects about insurance. When she goes over the coverages with an individual, she always stops and asks if they have questions or if they understand what certain coverages are. Most of time when she is reviewing a quote or a policy with an individual, they have never been walked through what coverages mean or how the coverages pay out.
