There will be no refunds.)\n\nElectricity - (110V) or (220V) - $15.00 - please bring 12 or 14 gauge extension cord\n\nWater - $5.00 - please bring water hose\n\nIndiana Homeland Security will inspect all Food Truck vendors at 9:00am day of event. Please see Foodtruck rules link to be prepared.\n\n\n\nA HEALTH PERMIT will be required for the sale of all food. Vendors will adhere to all Health Department regulations. It is the responsibility of the vendor to contact the Howard County Health Department at 765-456-2405 regarding a temporary food permit and all applicable rules\, Your booth or food truck will be inspected the day of event. Health Certificate application can be downloaded here.\n\n\n\nSTRAWBERRY FESTIVAL EVENT WAIVER - please read and acknowledge you accept terms on registration page.\n\nFor and in consideration of my participation in the Strawberry Festival - offered in connection therewith\, I/we hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for personal injuries\, property damages\, and/or loss of services which I/we may now have or have in the future against the City of Kokomo\, the County of Howard\, The Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance\, Strawberry Festival\, and all co-sponsors\, individuals and/or entities involved in promoting and/or representing the Strawberry Festival event\, their agents\, servants\, employees\, successors\, and assigns\, arising from any damages or losses which I/we may suffer or incur while taking part in any Strawberry Festival Event.
